Vetting and Compliance
At Le Breton we make sure that we check all statutory compliance requirements. All nursery staff are vetted to the very highest level with all possible checks being performed before they are allowed to work. Once they have started work, we seek feedback from our clients to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
- CRB checks conducted every 2 years.
- CRB Portability only accepted with 12 months of CRB issue.
- All interviews for registrations are held face to face.
- We always take a copy of photo ID i.e. passport, driving licence etc at registration.
- We seek references (not older than 2 years) from the last employer.
- Applicable qualifications are always verified by copying original documents.
