This Food Allergen Training course is for anyone who works with food. Including food production, processing, packaging, distribution, food retail or catering. Anyone who works with food is required to know about allergens and allergen labelling.
To comply with current EU Legislation, all food workers must have appropriate Allergen Awareness Training to enable them to have a good understanding of food allergens.

A multiple choice assessment paper will be taken at the end of the session. All successful candidates will be awarded a Food Allergen Training Certificate.
