Our Food Hygiene Course Level 2 is designed for anyone working in a catering setting where food is prepared, cooked and handled.
The course is led by industry experienced instructors and is both engaging and interactive.
On successful completion of the course candidates will be issued with A Food Hygiene Certificate valid for three years.
The Level 2 Food Hygiene Course is designed for anybody working in catering, retail or manufacturing where food is prepared cooked or handled. Anyone working with food has a responsibility to ensure the health of consumers. Food Hygiene Level 2 Training will give people who work with food preparation the skills and education needed to limit the chances of food contamination and food poisoning from occurring.
The course covers best food hygiene and safety practice, including:

Anyone working in catering where food is cooked, prepared and handled.
Some examples of work places that would need to have employees who have the Level 2 Food and Hygiene qualification would include:
A one hour multiple choice examination with 30 questions. The pass rate in 20 or more correct answers.
Refresher courses are recommended every 3 years.
