Employers have a legal obligation under the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 to provide suitable first-aid equipment, facilities and personnel to enable immediate assistance to be given to staff if they are injured or become ill at work. This includes training staff in the appropriate first aid skills. All our First Aid courses meet the requirements of the HSE.
Emergency First Aid at Work Training Courses
The Emergency First Aid at Work course teaches basic first aid techniques and is a qualification recognised by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). It is ideal for the private and public sectors.
First Aid Annual Refresher Training Courses
The First Aid Annual Refresher Course is recommended by the Health & Safety Executive to be taken each year for anyone who has previously attended either the First Aid at Work or the Emergency First Aid at Work courses.
Paediatric First Aid Training Courses
The Paediatric First Aid Training Course is recommended by OFSTED and designed for people who look after children under the age of eight. This qualification is ideal for all staff who work with children in a childcare setting
First Aid at Work Training Courses
This First Aid at Work Training Course is for anyone working in a high risk business, where the risk assessment has indicated the higher level of first aid cover is needed.
Basic First Aid Training Courses
This course is ideal for anyone who wants a basic understanding of first aid.
First Aid at Work Refresher Training Courses
The First Aid at Work Refresher Course is suitable for staff who have already completed the full first aid at work course and need to keep their certification up to date.
CPR/AED Training Courses
The course is aimed at first aiders but in fact no previous first aid skills are required. As part of the AED course CPR training is included.
Infection Control Training Courses
The Infection Control Courses is designed for nurses, medical professionals, care staff or anyone who comes into contact with patients and/or residents.
Our training courses are instructed by trained professionals from the health care sector who have the skill sets and qualifications to train your staff to perhaps one day save a life. Our courses are a mixture of theory and hands on which we believe makes our training courses not only effective but also enjoyable.
