IPAF Training Courses
Anyone who operates any type of Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP), such as scissor lifts, boom lifts, or trailer mounted or vehicle mounted boom lifts, should take IPAF Training Course to comply with the duties placed upon employers and employees by law. This course is the course approved by IPAF, who are the main international body governing access platform operations.
During this IPAF Training Course staff will learn to:
- Employer’s and employee’s legal responsibilities
- Different categories of MEWPs
- Main structural parts of MEWPs
- Pre-use inspections
- Testing and inspection
- Safe operating methods
- Practical training
Who are IPAF Training Courses for?
Those who use, supervise or manage the use of powered access scissor lifts, self-propelled boom lifts, trailer mounted boom lifts and aerial work platforms should all attend these IPAF Courses.
