Site Manager required in Chelsea, Greater London

Prestigious contractor requires a qualified site manager for one of their projects in Chelsea working on a high end luxary 38 floor apartment worth millions per plot. This is an opportunity to go from a temporary contract into a permanent one.

Site Manager will be supervising contractors and a direct workforce, drivin gthe project forward.

Site hours are 7pm - 5am approximately.
  
Responsibilities of the successful site manager will include:

•liaising with clients and reporting progress, professional staff (such as architects and surveyors) and the public

•meeting subcontractors

•making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety

•checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings

•ability to work under pressure

•motivating a workforce of 13 with split workload between 2 site managers

•problem solving

•good man managment skills

Qualifications required for the successful applicant to this site manager’s role will include a SMSTS qualification, a valid CSCS card and First Aid certificate
