Lone Working Training CourseIt will always be necessary for some people to work alone without any direct supervision. Employers have the responsibility of conducting a risk assessment on the risks of lone workers, but employees also have a responsibility to take reasonable care of themselves and others who may be affected by their work. This training course teaches how to take steps to reduce personal safety risks and to improve confidence when dealing with conflict and customer aggression. After completing the course participants feel more in control, safe and confident to deal with working alone and managing conflict. This course forms a major building block in the 'Duty of Care' employers should practice to ensure their staff stay safe. What does the course cover?
