Reporting & Recording Courses are designed for all care workers who are required to complete a variety of care-related records such as care plans and care reports as part of their daily work.
The Reporting & Recording Course is a combination of classroom based learning and also hands on practical instruction.
Successful candidates will gain Reporting & Recording Training Certification.
One of the most important tasks any staff member will do is report and/or record information about the service user.
This course aims to develop staff professional responsibilities and awareness of issues that relate to reporting and recording information.
All employees regardless of paid or unpaid (voluntary).
The Reporting & Recording Training Course is a short course lasting 2hrs.
The course is assessed by a multiple choice assessment paper and/or oral or written answers to questions given within the session.
